Drasko Braunovic appointed Valletta FC Technical Director

Former football player and sports director of Bokelj Draško Braunović, has been appointed technical director of Valletta Football Club.
Braunović will continued his successful football career in Malta, where he won many trophies as a player.
As a player, Drasko Braunovic had spent eight years playing in Malta. Braunovic had joined Rabat Ajax in summer 1993, spending three years with the Magpies. In 1996, he moved to Valletta where he spent another three years before moving to Birkirkara in 1999 where he played for two years.
Braunović started his career in Bokelj, for which he played from 1982 to 1990. From 2010 to 2018 he was the sports director of the Kotor club, achieving a greatest success on the international scene in 2016, by placing in the qualifications for the Europa League.
Meanwhile Gilbert Agius has been confirmed as assistant coach following the extension of the contract of coach Giovanni Tedesco.
